Terms of Use

These terms apply to the use of WalkRound.

Purpose

WalkRound is a reporting and organisation tool for preparing site visit records, actions, RFIs, checks, photographs and PDF reports.

Public web demo

The public browser version is provided for evaluation. Report printing, PDF export, data import and data export may be disabled. Do not rely on the demo as the sole record for a live project, and do not enter confidential project information that you are not authorised to store in the browser.

Professional review

All reports, actions, RFIs, photographs, dates, names and wording must be checked by the user before issue. WalkRound assists with report preparation but does not replace professional judgement, inspection duties, contractual procedures or project review requirements.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of all information entered into the app and for obtaining any permissions required to photograph sites, upload drawings or process personal or confidential information.

Local data and backups

Project data is stored locally in the current individual version. You are responsible for creating backups, protecting access to your device and retaining any records required for your work.

Availability and updates

We may update, improve or withdraw features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device, browser or operating-system version.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WalkRound is not liable for losses arising from unreviewed reports, missed actions, inaccurate information, deleted local data, device failure or the way exported files are used or distributed.
